10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph178 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and ph178, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to participate in mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Any formal legal action must be commenced within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims not filed within this limitation period are permanently barred.
